Automation QA Engineer Offline

Team and Product:

Accellabs is seeking skilled Automation QA Engineer to join our R&D centre (Remote or in Kiev office) to help us define test automation strategy and automate testing for an existing macOS application used by over million users worldwide. This is a long term contract with a big focus on product growth. You will be communicating with software engineers, product owners and other QA teams sharing knowledge and expertise.

Responsibilities:

- Mainly creation of automated tests for our products using Gherkin, Selenium or Puppeteer

- Identify options for test automation and develop these automated tests together with the team

- Ask why and provide the best possible solution

- Bring new ideas for our features. Provide a fresh look on the products and their improvements.

- Create testing tools using Python

- Manually test the products (We have separate Manual QA Team BUT we believe it's impossible to create right auto test without manual testing)

- Collaborate with other team members and teams

- Participate in analysis and design of our products

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in the QA area for at least 3 years

- Experience in test automation at least 2 years

- Strong knowledge of SDLC and CI/CD tools such as TeamCity or Jenkins

- Knowledge of Python

- Ability to get things done

- Ability to work in a team

- Upper-intermediate+ English

- University degree in computer science is a plus
