Junior NodeJS developer

We're working with the world famous and trusted provider of Marketing researches: AI-powered intelligence platform and consulting service for the consumer products industry.
And looking for Junior BackEnd Engineer to help us build an effective team.

We're working with the world famous and trusted provider of Marketing researches: AI-powered intelligence platform and consulting service for the consumer products industry.
Our part of work relies on the development of new high efficient web-interface for manipulating data with required criteria.
Great processes, including TDD approach, and collaboration with high efficient teams also makes this project very attractive.


BEING PART OF THE TEAM
- Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking when needed;
- Document approaches which could be reused for other projects;
- Code review, writing tests, applying rules according to the high-quality standards;
- Participation in the Agile Product Development Life Cycle;
- Identify and communicate Javascript best practices (e.g. contributing in NodeJS / JS competency of the team);

POWER YOU BRING
- Knowledge of JS fundamentals;
- 1+ years with JS development, and NodeJS production experience;
- 1+ years of experience with Express framework;
- Understanding of GraphQL;
- Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases;
- Understanding of Networking and RESTful APIs;
- Knowledge of js unit testing frameworks;
- English level - Intermediate, ability to communicate directly with the client;
- Hands-on experience with at least one framework (ExpressJS, Koa, Loopback etc) will be a plus.

Would be a plus:
- Performance tuning, remote debugging on production;
- Integrations with Cloud APIs (GCP in particular);
- Knowledge of Docker containerization.
