Upper Junior/Middle IT Project Manager (offline)

Responsibilities

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource commitment and allocation efficiency.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Write user stories and supporting artifacts.
Participate in backlog refinement, grooming and prioritization.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
Use and continually develop leadership skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Business Management or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a project manager in IT sector.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies.
Good written and verbal English level and presentation skills.
Strong team player, excellent interpersonal and service skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized, multi-tasking.
Ability to learn and adjust quickly to a dynamic and changing environment.
English - Advanced/Fluent.
