Project Manager (offline)

LeadsUp.Financial, a company that has been operating since 2008, specialized in Personal Finance is currently looking for a remote full-time Project Manager(REMOTE) to deliver the projects for Company’s activity targeting the American Market.
As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of projects, compiling of project teams, building a healthy internal environment, and managing people's growth. You will be responsible for managing innovative, dynamic projects boosting your professional growth in dealing with various web technologies.
The main responsibilities are:
- Plan, manage and monitor company’s projects development in accordance with deadlines
- Set and track tasks, team coordination
- Take active part in business development
- Projects documentation maintenance (EN/RU)
- Implement best practices and tools for project execution and management
- Contribute to projects' life-cycle improvement through lessons learned, project achievements, etc.
- Collaborate with the recruiting manager, ensure onboarded people's professional growth
- Support team members
The ideal candidate should be:
- Goal-oriented and proactive
- Highly organized and efficient
- Advance ability to work independently
- Upper-Intermediate level of spoken\written English
- Attentive to detail
- 2+ years of experience managing IT projects: Web development, Content, SEO, SMM
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Think out of the box.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
