Junior Business Development Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
Entered information to client databases (CRM systems)
Actively participate in communication with potential clients and partners via Linkedin, Email, Online events, etc.
Build and promote trusting long-term customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Prepare mass mailings, and identify key client requirements including early identification of technical/product problems and execution issues.
Effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver rapid solutions;
Track and coordinate requests for proposals to ensure timely responses to potential clients;
Particiapte in Inbound and outbound requests management, preparation of client-related documentation for Legal professionals;
Monitor client invoicing system and reporting;
Assisting with all administrative work in relation to clients;
Organize cold outreach to attract potential clients;
Other tasks assigned by BD management.

Qualifications and skills required:
Bachelor degree;
Computer skills and data entry experience;
Proficiency in MS Office:
English — upper intermediate (written and oral);
Excellent time-management skills;
Excellent customer service and communication skills;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask;
Good presentation skills (written and oral).
