QA Engineer (offline)

Boyle Software is looking for a QA Engineer to join our team full-time remotely.


What you will do:

Work in a team to analyze business requirements, create and execute test cases, report and verify bugs’ to guarantee the quality of the developed enterprise-level e-commerce solutions;
Actively participate in daily project team meetings and brainstorming activities related to the project;
Provide updates to the task estimates and status of assigned tasks;
Collaborate with a project team;
Provide recommendations to a team to improve QA-related procedures, systems, and tools;
Quality status reporting;


Qualifications:

3+ years of practical experience in testing web-based applications and/or e-commerce solutions;
Practical experience and knowledge of software testing approaches, types, methodologies;
Experience in analyzing the requirements, creation, and execution of test cases and reporting of test results;
Experience with bug tracking systems, as well as with bug reports creation and verification;
Experience in 3rd party integration testing;
Ability to work without supervision, learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment;
Experience with working in a Scrum/Agile team;
Team player;
Intermediate spoken and written English;


Desired qualifications:

Understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, JSON;
Experience testing Web services and REST-based APIs;
Experience in different testing tools (POSTman, Fiddler, jMeter, etc.);
Experience working in geographically distributed teams;
