About the vacancy

A new client of DataArt is a fintech company that builds accessible, secure, and cheap smart contract platforms for Blockchain developers and organizations. The company's product builds on the principles of the Internet of Value, which gives clients financial freedom and exchange values without intermediaries.

The project was started from scratch and is still in the early stage. The processes are based on Agile development principles (Scrum, Kanban). Technologies used in the project: JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Redux, Blockchain, NoSQL, MongoDB.

We hire people not to a project, but to the company. If the project (or your work in it) is over, you go to another project or to a paid “Idle”.

Responsibilities

- Analyze requirements and propose innovative and alternative solutions

- Take active participation during the product design phases

- Participate in front-end and back-end development

- Program high-quality code, with emphasis on the correctness of the implementation

- Collaborate in the evolutionary maintenance of the products

- Cooperate with RIF Project Teams in all stages of the development life cycle

- Design, document, automate, and execute test plans

Must have

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields (information technology, computer science, etc.)

- 3+ years of programming experience in Node.js and Javascript/Typescript

- Experience working with React and Redux

- Experience with non-relational databases and relational databases (MongoDB)

- Experience working with Test Frameworks (Chai, Mocha)

- Knowledge about software architecture principles, performance, and software engineer best practices

- Knowledge and experience using design patterns

- Readiness to work on all layers of the stack and willingness to learn decentralized technologies

- Knowledge of Agile development methodology and experience in teamwork using Scrum

- Good English

Would be a plus

- Knowledge of Blockchain, Smart contracts, and Solidity

- Experience working by objectives with remote teams
