Backend .Net - Lead Engineer Offline

The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry is at an inflection point. JLL, a globally recognized leader in CRE, recognized these forces early, and is making massive investments in technology to transform both itself and the industry.

We’re looking for an engineer to join our fast-growing team in delivering the next-level B2B Service Marketplace utilizing high-end technologies and processes. This is a unique opportunity to build both API-first and workflow-oriented products for JLL/T’s new disruptive Marketplace business.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience working on the backend as a .NET Developer

2+ years of experience working on the backend as a Lead .NET Developer

Deep knowledge of C#, .NET, Web API, OOP/OOD

Experience with .NET Core 3/.NET 5, microservices, RESTful API

Solid database skills (MS SQL; writing/analyzing queries; understanding of DB design and how it affects performance/maintainability)

Experience with one of the following: Entity Framework, NHibernate, Dapper

Development of the cloud products (Azure as plus)

Experience with Containers

Experience with Message Brokers (RabbitMQ, Service Bus or similar)

Other requirements:

Experience with full-cycle of feature development (requirements analysis, decomposition, design, etc)

Upper-Intermediate spoken English

Good level of communication and reporting skills

High level of self-organization and ability to solve complex problems

Desirable:

Experience with Frontend development, preferably React

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and implement different web and back-end solutions with other talented engineers in a collaborative team environment

Contribute to the overall quality of development services through brainstorming, unit testing, code reviewing and proactive offering of different improvements and innovations

Share knowledge with the team, assist in supervising and mentoring of less-experienced team members

Team progress reporting experience

Complex tasks decomposition and development coordination within a team

Able to coordinate work/collaborate with other teams

Work with Product owner and Product Manager
