MISSION

Design, build, ship, and maintain reusable and scalable applications and services

Own, create, review, and provide feedback on technical design proposals and proof of concepts

Write clean, fast, compatible, easy-to-use, and testable code to turn ideas into production quality products

Mentor and be mentored by other engineers by leading and collaborating in engineering discussions and preaching engineering best practices

REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of professional background in Python

Hands-on experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI

Proficiency in writing robust and maintainable unit, integration, and end-to-end tests

Broad understanding of object-oriented concepts, design patterns, clean coding, refactoring, and code review practices

Prior experience in the telecommunications industry will be a plus

Background with React, TypeScript, Redux, Docker and Kubernetes are nice to have

Familiarity with Linux CLI

Upper-intermediate level of English

Excellent communication skills
