Requirements:

• Higher education (IT/financial/economic);

• 2+ years of experience as Business / System Analyst / Project Manager;

• Deep knowledge of full software development life cycle;

• Experience in writing user stories, use cases, requirements specification documentation;

• Fundamental knowledge of and practical experience with various business analysis knowledge areas, techniques, responsibilities and activities;

• Experience in functional and non-functional requirements description;

• Experience in business processes modeling and documenting;

• User interface prototyping;

• Experience in change management and bug tracking systems;

• Experience in working and communicating with foreign clients;

• Attention to details, ability to efficiently collect and transform unstructured information into clear requirements;

• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English;

Will be a plus:

• Work experience in banks, financial companies.

Responsibilities:

• Working with requirements: identification, collection, structuring, analysis and formalization of requirements;

• Gathering/elicitation business requirements and developing functional specifications;

• Compilation of technical tasks, description of processes;

• Modeling and design of processes, analysis of possible scenarios for their implementation;

• Coordination of business processes, technical tasks with members of working groups and customers;

• Participation in software testing process;

• Performing status quality control and reporting on the project throughout development.
