QA Automation Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Team Lead to join Data department. You will be reporting directly to the QA Manager and be primarily responsible to assists him to keep application in high level of quality, share and implement QA best practices and provide expertise to the teams.

Main duties:
• Define and lead the process of QA in Business Intelligence domain.
• Lead a team of QA Automation engineers.
• Lead the process of Test Automation framework design and implementation.
• Develop tools and solutions for solving Quality related tasks.
• Assist QA Manager to push all initiatives about QA.
• Define Quality Gates for products.
• Define and monitor testing procedures: test management, defect management and tracking management.

Required Skills / Experience:
• Ability to analyze QA processes and drive improvements.
• 3+ years’ experience of managing dedicated team of QA Automation engineers.
• Strong coding skills (Java).
• Hands-on experience with Back-end automated testing.
• Hands-on experience with Databases and SQL.
• Load/Performance testing.
• CI (Teamcity, Jenkins).
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• “Out of the box” thinking.
• Energetic, positive attitude and relentless self-motivation.

Nice to have:
• Experience with Big Data tools (Kafka, Hadoop, Spark);
• Experience with BI processes and DWH testing;
• Knowledge of Python.
