Senior IOS Developer

We are looking for an experienced IOS Developer with strong technological background and analytical thinking to participate in the development of a product within a prospective Silicon Valley raised company.

The product is a platform that enables a user to effectively pursue his/her passion, like learning, coaching, working, earning or financing. Also, he can find effective collaborators, monetize his passion or raise money for his projects.
Dedicated team: USA-India-Ukraine.

Experience / Skills:

5+ years of software development experience in iOS native or hybrid development
Experience in building any “Consumer-facing” app
Degree in Computer Science
Proficient with Objective-C, Swift and Cocoa Touch
Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN
Good knowledge in integrating 3rd party API’s for social media, add networks, payment gateways, Google maps, Google Places etc.
Strong Analytical & problem-solving skills
Good English verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
Constantly innovate how to improve product quality as well as group productivity
Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts, principles and solutions.

As a plus:

Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools such as Instruments and Shark
Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins etc
Possessing React Native or Ionic skillset
Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for contributing to our growing IOS application that currently services their constantly growing user base
Work with other team members to continuously improve the IOS mobile application by squashing bugs, adding features and improving existing features.
