Middle IT Project Manager for International and Local projects (offline)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Take over management of IoT dashboard projects
- Manage dashboard development projects with clients:
1. Gather technical requirements from clients
2. Structure requirements and build work time and budget estimates in coordination with developers and management
3. Facilitate commercial discussions with clients till contract signing
4. Share tasks with developers and follow the completion of the work
5. Present delivered software to clients, gather feedback and share with developers
6. Ensure on-time delivery of dashboard systems
7. Lead communications till completion of the work
- Proactively suggests improvement to clients and feedback to developers
- Support lead maturation in coordination with management
- Ensure clients top satisfaction with delivered service and long-term relationships with all of them

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in IT, management, or similar fields
- Minimum Upper Intermediate English level
- Experience in technology projects
- Experience with CPM systems
- Background in science-related areas or management, business
- Good communication skills and easygoing
- Analytical mind
- Motivated and ambitious
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Experience in drafting technical and project documentation, and writing requirements
- Interested in working with international businesses
- Experience in selling-related positions is a plus
- Located in Ukraine (Odesa is a plus)
