Business Analyst

Your profile:

- 2+ years of experience in business analysis;

- Deep understanding of business process analysis, as applied to administration, support and maintenance of enterprise or telco-grade IT solutions;

- Experience with MS Sharepoint;

- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence);

- Experience in Telecom domain;

- Technical education or other background;

- Good communication & facilitation skills;

- Strong analytical and system thinking skills.

Responsibilities:

-  Facilitate requirement-gathering and cross-functional alignment sessions
-  Model business processes using BPMN/UML diagrams and prepare system interaction schemes, ensuring clarity of logic for developers, architects, and QA
- Support development teams during implementation by providing clarifications, refining requirements, and ensuring that the solution aligns with the approved scope
- Define acceptance criteria and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Identify risks and dependencies related to requirements
- Maintain requirements change log
- Ensure documentation and requirements comply with internal standards, regulatory needs, and industry best practices
