Scrum Master (offline)

Essential Duties:

— Perform Scrum Master duties as defined in the Scrum Guide with 2, possibly 3 teams.
— Collaborate with the Scrum Coach and product organization management for continuous process improvement.

Required Skills/Experience:

— Successful and demonstrable experience Scrum Mastering for multiple software teams
— Written and oral proficiency in both English and Russian
— Willing agility with working hours, adapting to time zone differences
— Communication and mentoring that fosters transparency, cooperation, and respect for all team members and stakeholders
— A Lean process mindset, with an ability to mentor teams away from waterfall habits and thinking
— Conclusive and empathetic thinking that supports and enables effective team problem-solving
— An insatiable desire to make a difference, contributing to the delivery of brilliant digital banking capability

Preferred, Non-Required Skills/Experience:

— Scrum Master certification
— Certification or experience with SAFe
— Experience with related agile methods and practices, such as user stories, vertical decomposition, relative estimation, and burndown
— A technical higher education degree
— Familiarity with key attributes of quality cultures, such as SBE, BDD, TDD, CI/CD, Automated Testing, and Pairing
— Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, dotNet, SQL, HTML5, JavaScript, React, Orchard, and GitHub
