Project Manager (Riga) (offline)

REQUIREMENTS
- experience in betting/gambling at least two years - is necessary;
- certifications like PMP or PRINCE2 are not obligatory here but will be a huge plus;
- ability to communicate accurately and distinctly (both oral and written) - obligatory;
- ability to prioritize and to control the deadlines;
- deep understanding of full-cycle product management (from technical task to backlog support);
- ability to create documentation(both project and user's);
strong understanding of Jira and Confluence (to know how to create Jira workflow from scratch);
- at least the Upper-Intermediate level of English is a must.


RESPONSIBILITIES
- to support the work of the developers team: monitor the workload, distribute tasks, organize planning sessions, check performance and quality;
- to support and develop all processes needed for the functioning of development teams;
- to participate in the recruitment process;
- to communicate with customers who want to collect data, discuss technical specifications, coordinate processes related to data collection;
- to receive feedback from performers;
- to analyze customer questions and prepare competent and understandable answers.
