UI/Full Stack Developer for Austrian project

The application is used for pricing of Coporate deals (loans, guarantees, trading business). It is used internally in the bank by about 1500 relationship managers in their daily work. It has a separate instance for each country, in total about 15 production environments

Required skills

• Deep experience with the Angular 10 framework, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Deep experience with Java (incl. Spring Framework + Boot, REST Services, XML, JSON)
• Good knowledge of SQL and IDEs
• Experience with one or more DBMSs (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL/ SQL/Server/Teradata)
• Experience with setup and management of webservers (ideally Apache Tomcat)
• Experience with source code management solutions (GIT)
• Good knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows)
• Open and team-minded personality and communication skills
• Willingness to work in an agile environment
• Good command of English (mandatory)

As a plus

• Experience with DB programming — Oracle PL/SQL and Postgres PL/pgSQL
• Understanding of banking business in general

Responsibilities

• Implement new business functionalities in the application UI and Backend
• Support the incident resolution process
• Develop SW components in an agile approach
• Implement proper unit and regression tests
• Support users to integrate the SW components in their daily operation with the focus on effort reduction and increase of speed
• Participate and actively contribute in the regular Scrum meetings (daily stand-up, sprint planning, release planning, etc.)

Project description

Raiffeisen Bank International is a leading Banking Group in Central and Eastern Europe. We are currently looking to extend our team with a UI/Full Stack developer, with primary focus of delivering new business features to our in-house developed Deal Pricing Application.

You will work as a team member in an Agile project. In your role you will support the development team with extensions to the UI and backend, but also real-time integration of the application with other systems through APIs.
