● Support in instance/MobiChord app configuration.
● Create customer-specific end-user guides (professional services) and aids Technology Expense Manager.
● Create and design specifications as requested by the Onboarding and Account management unit.
● Carry out analysis of requirements by checking for derived requirements, that are logical to customers’ requests.
● Assist Technical specialists in the development of Test Plans and Test Scripts and perform test execution as required.
● Coordinate resolution of product/service issues, upgrades, and find the bottlenecks.
● Provide support for application upgrades, access, functionality changes.
● Run testing/UAT together with the customer , ensure that the functionality works as expected.
● Responsible for undertaking operations necessary for quality testing within quality control.
● Troubleshoot testing failures.
● Align with the PS team/Product team on new solutions or technical improvements.
● Prepare detailed test plans and test cases, and consult with business analysts on testing options and strategies, including applicable regulatory requirements.
● Analyze system requirements and identify testing strategies, that maximize test coverage and/or improve system reliability and performance.
● Understand functional use of product and be able to translate this into accurate and realistic exploratory tests.

Your skills:
● Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
● Mixed experience as BA and QA.
● Experience with Selenium web driver automation toolset or equivalent skills is highly desirable.
● Knowledge and experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models, Agile methodologies, methodologies is highly required.
● Strong analytical and problem skills as well as attention to details.
● Good team player, motivated to develop and solve complex tasks.
● Positive attitude and professional manner in all interactions; demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
● English skills — Upper Intermediate.
● Self-motivated, self-disciplined and result-oriented.
