Lead Test Engineer (Performance automation) (offline)

In over 20 projects we are working with a variety of technologies: Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Cloud, Big Data, Frontend, Backend and others. By detecting in real time road risks, weather conditions and other events we increase safety and awareness for the fleet of over 650 thousands vehicles.

Requirements
Performance tests automation for REST API of the IoT Project.
Performance automation testing with JMeter or analog tool
Understanding of REST API principles
At least 3 years of commercial experience in IT market
Vast knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance area
Good understanding of best practices of test development
Good communication skills
At least Intermediate English
Work autonomously
Attention to details, goal oriented
Effective time management
Flexibility tasks performance maintaining the priorities and respect deadlines

Preferences
Nice to have basic understanding of AWS
IoT specific tests using MQTT protocol
Distributed testing in a cloud environment experience (using bunch of test VMs to generate load)

Responsibilities
Active participation in project meetings
Careful work with documentation
Contact with customer’s representatives (requirements analysis)
Collaborate with customer’s engineers
Planning, control and execution of tests to ensure functionality, data integrity and documentation
Configuration management of test results, source code of tests, documentation etc.
Performing software tests including error analysis and correction
Integration of development components according to development plan
Organization and cooperation in field tests
