Highly creative UI/UX designers for multiple projects

Need very creative UI/UX designers for web/mobile applications; Figma (preferred). Getting things done mindset while working with distributed teams. Very responsive communication style. Intermediate understanding of spoken and written English MUST; rest can do with Russian/Ukrainian written/spoken.

We are looking for a few very creative ui ux designers, who have a knack for quickly understanding the complexities of different use cases and capturing the essence of it. The designer should ideally be fairly well versed with one or more of the following:

-Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, Zapier

Know how of web technologies, including html, css and javascript. focus on design of progressive web applications,

optional>
Knowledge of Angular (2+) is highly desired, but not necessary, and/or Knowledge of React
-Familiarity with designing for touch based interfaces and maximizing ui real estate on mobile devices
-Understanding of responsive design methodologies
-Should have excellent communication skill, be reliable and responsible
-Intermediate English is preferred but Russian or other language is fine as long as there is a mix of English and Russian.

Our larger clients are only interested in full time hires but many of our smaller clients including start up type entities hire for short term assignments.
