QA Engineer

We are looking for a new member, who will join our team. Currently, there is an open QA Engineer position for one of our projects, which is an amazing B2B product for Catering domain. Together we can work to achieve the best results and deliver quality product to our partners.

Required skills

- Experience in software testing
- Experience of using trackers JIRA and Trello
- Experience in writing checklists, test cases and test plans
- Being coherent in writing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Be good at planning, estimating and prioritizing
- Good problem solving skills and critical thinking

Will be a plus

- Hands-on experience with Test Rail (or similar software), Instabug
- Experience of maintaining project documentation in Confluence
- Experience of API testing with Postman and similar tools
- Experience with development tools: Chrome Dev Tools, CircleCI (or any other CI) and K6 (or other load testing solutions)
- Awareness of the USA business culture

Responsibilities

- Testing mobile and web applications
- Making test plans
- Writing detailed bug reports and steps to reproduce
- Communication with customer and their representatives
- Plan scope of work together with team lead
- Close collaboration with developers
- Analyze bug reports and open tickets for developers team
- Prepare weekly reports for client on product progress and product stability
- Provide short daily reports
