We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to help our company succeed by training and developing its people and delivering a good return on learning investment.
You will play a critical role in the Country day-to-day learning and development (L&D) activities. In this role you will be part of global HR team with functional reporting to Head of Global L&D and administrative reporting to Country Head of HR.
This role will coordinate local and global L&D activities but also partner with Country HR and Business Heads, business managers, and other departments (Finance, IT). Activities will include monitoring learning needs and opportunities, delivering training plans, contributing to development and maintenance of full-fledged L&D infrastructure (talent management practices and systems) at the Country level.
To be a successful Learning and Development Manager you should be a tech savvy, quickly learning self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
•A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education or Management
•Professional certification (e.g. CIPD, CPLC, Train the Trainer, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory
•Knowledge/experience in Technology and/or Consultancy industries will be an advantage
•3+ years of experience in a multinational company in L&D or Organization development with experience in design and delivery of training programs
•Experience in facilitating training groups and teaching new concepts as well as a portfolio of training materials and/or manuals will be an advantage
•Ability to learn quickly and grasp efficiently key concepts and action points within multiple information streams
•Basic knowledge of andragogy, good understanding of key concepts and trends in learning theory and technologies
•Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
•Strong leadership skills
•Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
•Good project planning and project management skills
•Proven track record of continuous learning
•Fluent written and spoken English (CEFR C1 and above)
•Excellent written and spoken Russian and Ukrainian
•MS Office proficient user (Excel, Power Point)

Responsibilities
•Delivers learning strategy and programs that are aligned with the global organization’s objectives and local business needs and specific training requirements
•Proactively monitors learning and development needs, advises on opportunities and implements solutions as aligned with Head of L&D and Country Head
•Leads and coordinates design and implementation of training programs and materials, including e-learning courses in collaboration with internal knowledge experts, HR and L&D teams, and external vendors as appropriate
•Conducts evaluation of completed learning activities and L&D initiatives to assess and measure results and recommends follow up and/or amendments
•Acts as the primary point of contact for the Country team with questions and requests re learning and development
•Negotiates contracts, builds and maintains relationships with third-party training providers
•Develops and maintains L&D communications such as internal boards/SharePoint postings and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of L&D events and resources
•Contributes, implements and supports global L&D projects and initiatives and their adjustment to local specifics as appropriate (e.g. onboarding, performance management, competency matrix, graduate and trainee programs, L&D calendar, employer branding, etc.)
•Supports and helps to develop learning culture through implementation of mentoring and knowledge sharing practices across the local organization
•Manages local L&D budget and forecast in alignment with budgeting guidelines as set by Finance
•Contributes to setup, development and implementation of LMS
•Tracks L&D statistics and contributes to L&D dashboard at country level
•Hires and manages L&D Coordinator/Specialist
