Front-End (Craft CMS/React.js) Developer

An award-winning, New York-based web design, and digital marketing agency is looking for a highly detail-oriented Web (Front-End) Developer to join their Ukrainian team at Echo.

Required skills

Hard skills:
— Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript;
— Basic experience with React (mostly, hooks and functional components);
— Some experience or ability to quickly get up to speed with NextJS React Framework;
— Working knowledge of version control like GitHub, BitBucket, etc.;
— Comfortable with simple site deployment, migrations, SSL configurations, etc.;
— Portfolio with live examples and code samples.
— English: Intermediate+ (You will be communicating with US team members on a daily basis).

Would be a plus (optional):
— GraphQL;
— Apollo Client, Apollo React Hooks;
— TWIG templates.

Responsibilities:

— Frontend development of the websites mostly built on Craft CMS and React;
— Implement design layouts in code to the pixel and for various platforms and browsers;
— Collaborate with other developers to maintain standards and create a re-usable codebase;
— Create clean, semantic markup inline with current best practices;
— Bug-fixing and working on other QA tasks from the clients and our design team.
