SDR (Lead Generation Manager)

REQUIREMENTS

 

Great communication and interpersonal skills

B1 or higher level of English, both oral and written

Understanding of IT Sales

Understanding of business English communication

Active user of LinkedIn

Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the clients demands

Ability to organize and prioritize own work, be flexible and meet deadlines

Be a team player

 

WILL BE A PLUS

 

Work experience with any CRM and other Sales/Marketing process automation tools

Work experience researching different social networks, groups, forums and other sources to identify points of interests of our target audience

Understanding of Sales or Marketing pipelines

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Help plan and perform email and social media outreach campaigns

Analyse the clients’ needs, clarify the requirements, schedule meetings

Work within our CRM to run a data-driven sales engine. We’ll tell you how ;)

Take part in the continuous improvement of sales processes
