Application Support Engineer Offline

For its Wroclaw location, InfoReach is looking for a talented Application Support Engineer interested in a challenging and diverse role in a team of like-minded enthusiastic people with strong technical and customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Interacting with traders, engineers, electronic trading counterparties, pricing feed vendors to resolve production issues efficiently.
β’ Product installations and customization according to user needs.
β’ Electronic trading connectivity certification, configuration, and troubleshooting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
β’ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
β’ Solid experience with MS Windows and Linux environments.
β’ System administration experience is a huge plus
β’ Excellent communication skills
β’ Fluent in written and spoken English.
β’ Must be analytical, creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
β’ Knowledge and experience with Java and some scripting language is a plus.
