Application Support Engineer

InfoReach is an independent provider of multi- and cross-asset, broker-neutral solutions for electronic, algorithmic and high-frequency trade analysis, management and execution of global equities, futures, options and forex. For its Wroclaw location, InfoReach is looking for a talented Application Support Engineer interested in a challenging and diverse role in a team of like-minded enthusiastic people with strong technical and customer service skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interacting with traders, engineers, electronic trading counterparties, pricing feed vendors to resolve production issues efficiently.

• Product installations and customization according to user needs.

• Electronic trading connectivity certification, configuration, and troubleshooting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Solid experience with MS Windows and Linux environments.

• System administration experience is a huge plus

• Excellent communication skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Must be analytical, creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

• Knowledge and experience with Java and some scripting language is a plus.
