Application Support Engineer Offline

For its Wroclaw location, InfoReach is looking for a talented Application Support Engineer interested in a challenging and diverse role in a team of like-minded enthusiastic people with strong technical and customer service skills.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

β€’ Interacting with traders, engineers, electronic trading counterparties, pricing feed vendors to resolve production issues efficiently.

β€’ Product installations and customization according to user needs.

β€’ Electronic trading connectivity certification, configuration, and troubleshooting.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

β€’ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

β€’ Solid experience with MS Windows and Linux environments.

β€’ System administration experience is a huge plus

β€’ Excellent communication skills

β€’ Fluent in written and spoken English.

β€’ Must be analytical, creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

β€’ Knowledge and experience with Java and some scripting language is a plus.
