Senior Software Quality Engineer (manual tester)

E-Commerce project
Agile best practices: SCRUM, XP, TDD, ATDD, Pair Programming; Continuous Integration/Deployment; Direct interaction team-customer; Continuous process improvement; Clean Code; Scaled Agile Framework.

REQUIREMENTS
· Experience in testing 3+ years
· Good understanding of testing theory
· Experience in software release procedures and defect tracking
· Good spoken and written English
· Strong analytical skills (be able to solve both complex and uncomplicated problems and concepts based on available information)
· Team player, able to work in a distributed team
· Proactive and quick learner
· Good communication skills

As a plus
· Experience and understanding of Agile software development
· Familiarity with E-commerce domain
