Senior UI/UX designer

Maxitech is a Product company looking for Senior UI/UX Designer to join our professional team.

Необходимые навыки
— 4+ years of experience with design
— Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
— Performing a top-level job designing user interfaces
— Understanding the basic UX principles and how to implement it in the interface
— Creativity and innovative design skills
— Skilled at the latest design technology and tools (figma, zeplin...)
— Work side-by-side with UX designer
— Well known design patterns
— Knowledge of how to measure design (AB test, analytics...)
— Proven experience with UI design with a strong portfolio
— Organizational and time-management skills to meet the deadlines in a fast-paced environment
— Understanding business needs and supports them
— Upper-intermediate English language level

— Excellent communication and presentation skills
— An understanding of HTML and CSS and experience working with developers;
— Interest in continuous skill set growing with ongoing education and training
— Experience in B2B products, CRM, SAAS, App
— Experience as art director

— Translate strategic direction and UX prototypes into high-quality design solutions within an established brand identity
— Develop interfaces and support existing, execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, animation, and layout
— Use trend intelligence and understanding of the previous and up-to-date business and market to design and execute a specific masterpiece

Maxitech is a R&D office of large international holding, building a portfolio of products linked to each other with the business goals they are addressing.

Maxitech R&D team’s target is developing software solutions maximizing the performance of the core business. The current team size is 200+ employees. We are looking for experts ready to bring their knowledge and contribute to building the brand new best-in-the-class software product.

Our company headquarters is in Israel. We also have offices in 8 locations worldwide. R&D team is fully concentrated in Kiev.
