Lead User Experience Designer for Carerix Offline

Based on a long-standing experience Carerix offers a modern platform that supports the whole Recruitment & Selection, Temp recruitment, and Staffing process, from a single system.
Together with strategic partners, Carerix services more than 800 customers and 10,000 users across more than 17 countries on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Setting up and maintaining the User Experience Framework which is the base for the delivered experience;
Collaborate with the Product Management Team to define features and their scope;
Provide and shape deliverables and specifications together with Product Management for the development teams;
Conduct usability research studies;
Iterate, and work with the greater team to deploy simple, elegant interfaces that are consistent, easy to understand, and intuitive to use;
Seek out feedback from users and collaborators to help improve your work;
Understand the technical limitations and liabilities behind design decisions and effectively communicate your ideas to our engineers;
Stay up to date with design trends and our competitive landscape.
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience at a similar role or as a UX or Product Designer;
Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
You are a thought leader in your field with strong ideas on User Experience and its role within the DevOps organisation and process;
Quick starter and nimble/creative under project constraints;
Expert proficiency in Sketch/Figma;
A portfolio demonstrating the breadth, creativity, process, and innovation in related fields;
Team-oriented attitude; you love to see software get shipped and take pride in realizing concepts as part of a product development team;
Ability to receive and provide clear, honest and objective feedback.
Will be a plus:
Experience with HTML, CSS and front-end development;
Entrepreneurial ownership mentality.
