React Developer (offline)

Requirements:
— Minimum 2 years experience in React development
— Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
— Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
— Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
— Familiarity with JavaScript fundamentals and newer specifications of EcmaScript
— Experience with common front-end development tools such as NodeJS / NPM, Webpack, ESLint, etc
— Strong HTML/CSS/JS skills
— Knowledge of and ability to support responsive design implementation
— Commitment to pixel-level detail.
— Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum / Kanban)
— Strong communication skills, experience working in a diverse multicultural environment
— Strong English skills (upper-intermediate and above)
— Adaptability to new technologies, processes, people
— Critical thinking, ability to make independent judgment calls
— Experience working in a team environment (vs. solo contracting / freelancing)
— Client interaction experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities:
— Apply the React technology stack to build and maintain highly-responsive user interface components supporting high-traffic enterprise-level e-commerce sites running on multiple platform technologies
— Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions that are scalable, extendible, supportable
— Articulate project status during daily joint client and DEPlabs team member scrum sessions
— Participate in bi-weekly joint client and DEPlabs team member sprint planning sessions
— Participate in ad-hoc client team meetings as required for specific task definition clarification (client requirements)
— Provide regular updates of task status in DEPlabs’ project ticketing system
— Report time in DEPlabs’ Time Tracking System
— Deliver complete work in a timely manner
— Perform quality assurance on all finished work prior to testing
— Act in accordance with DEPlabs’ fast-paced, self-directed culture
— Manage multiple priorities and meet or exceed deadlines
— Generate and brainstorm solutions in a collaborative team environment
