React Developer (offline)

Requirements:
β€” Minimum 2 years experience in React development
β€” Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
β€” Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
β€” Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
β€” Familiarity with JavaScript fundamentals and newer specifications of EcmaScript
β€” Experience with common front-end development tools such as NodeJS / NPM, Webpack, ESLint, etc
β€” Strong HTML/CSS/JS skills
β€” Knowledge of and ability to support responsive design implementation
β€” Commitment to pixel-level detail.
β€” Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum / Kanban)
β€” Strong communication skills, experience working in a diverse multicultural environment
β€” Strong English skills (upper-intermediate and above)
β€” Adaptability to new technologies, processes, people
β€” Critical thinking, ability to make independent judgment calls
β€” Experience working in a team environment (vs. solo contracting / freelancing)
β€” Client interaction experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities:
β€” Apply the React technology stack to build and maintain highly-responsive user interface components supporting high-traffic enterprise-level e-commerce sites running on multiple platform technologies
β€” Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions that are scalable, extendible, supportable
β€” Articulate project status during daily joint client and DEPlabs team member scrum sessions
β€” Participate in bi-weekly joint client and DEPlabs team member sprint planning sessions
β€” Participate in ad-hoc client team meetings as required for specific task definition clarification (client requirements)
β€” Provide regular updates of task status in DEPlabs’ project ticketing system
β€” Report time in DEPlabs’ Time Tracking System
β€” Deliver complete work in a timely manner
β€” Perform quality assurance on all finished work prior to testing
β€” Act in accordance with DEPlabs’ fast-paced, self-directed culture
β€” Manage multiple priorities and meet or exceed deadlines
β€” Generate and brainstorm solutions in a collaborative team environment
