Bizzabo is landing in Europe! We are excited to be opening a new Bizzabo office in Kyiv and we are looking for hiring the pioneering team to join and lead the way. If you are passionate about building, shaping and leading a brand new team in a brand new Bizzabo site- this is the chance to do so.

Bizzabo's server architecture is microservices-based, running in AWS with ElasticSearch, mysql, and BigQuery as our data-lake. We are passionate and curious about new technologies.

As a DevOps Team Lead, you will define, lead and shape the devOps vision of the company. Our system scale, stability and high-availability is crucial for our customers, to provide a meaningful and impactful experience for their attendees.

What You Will Do:

- Suggest and perform architecture changes to improve DR, high-availability, and security
- Lead site reliability and take actions to improve our high availability
- Deploy and maintain development and production Kubernetes-based cloud environment improve existing deployment packages implemented with Helm
- Add visibility and monitoring infrastructure using tools such as: Prometheus, Grafana, Logstash, etc.
- Automate AWS resources provisioning with Terraform
- Build high scalability and availability to support our global expansion.
- Monitor and suggest ways to reduce cloud costs

Who Are We Looking For:

- 3-5 years of proven experience with SAAS large scale production in one of AWS, Google, Azure clouds (AWS advantage).
- Understanding of various firewall architectures and network/cloud security concepts.
- Proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Cloudfront, Opsworks.
- Proven experience with configuration management and orchestration tools such as Docker, Helm, Terraform, Grafana, Prometheus, Logstash, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Vagrant, Kubernetes, Swarm.
- Experience with SQL, MySQL, ElasticSearch
- Take part in deep-dive troubleshooting exercises and drive technical post-mortem discussions to identify the root cause of complex issues.
- Excel at using metrics, monitoring, and alarming to measure and improve the operational processes.
- English: Fluent.
