Junior Project manager (offline)

Qualifications:
Еxperience in ІТ Project Management and team management;
Good knowledge of SDLC;
Understanding of classical and agile project management methodologies/frameworks ( Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall);
Experience in managing distributed teams;
Ability to work remotely;
Knowledge of specialized PM tools: Jira, Asana;
Basic techniques of requirements gathering;
Understanding of Scope and change requests management procedures;
Basic knowledge of Project documentation.

PERSONAL QUALITIES
Good communication and analytical skills;
Time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work;
Personal confidence and strong troubleshooting attitude; tactfulness, ability to work with confidential information;
High level of responsibility and pro-activity;
Flexibility.

Will be a plus:
Any Agile certification;
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent;
QA/BA/AM background ;
Completed PM/BA courses.

Duties and responsibilities:
Manages project within defined constraints;
Facilitates and improves processes within the team;
Leads and contributes to the decision making process and facilitates conflict resolution;
Manage the project team at all stages of the project (analytics, performance evaluation, planning, development, testing);
Cooperate with the team to reach the goals set;
Own decision making within a defined level of authority;
Prepare and maintain project related documentation (business requirements, WBS, specifications);
Prepare reports and control over the whole delivery process;
Manage the expectations of the stakeholders.


Interview stages:
1-st stage - call with our Recruiter;
2-d stage - interview with our Recruiter and PM.
