QA Team Lead (offline)

We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead to join our DMarket Team.

You will be managing team of five members and working together with Delivery Manager, Development Team Leads and Architects.

We expect our future QA Team Lead to be a initiative and result-oriented team player who likes to dig into how things work, providing deep testing of back-end logic and services integration, automating testing framework development and support, researching and implementing modern best practices.

Hard skills
— 2+ years of experience in the same position;
— SQL and NoSQL Databases usage experience;
— Experience in the testing of the microservices based projects;
— Experience in the performance testing tools usage (JMeter, Gatling, etc.);
— Experience in automation testing (Java, JS);
— Work experience with CI/CD (CircleCI preferably);
— Work experience with Git;
— Git Flow understanding;
— Knowledge of agile methodologies;
— Strong leadership skills.

As a Plus
— Understanding of Agile principles;
— Experience with Docker
— Experience with Jira/Confluence;
— Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities
— Managing QA teams for the multiple projects;
— Planning and estimating the testing activities;
— Building and enhancing QA processes;
— Communication to the PMO and Tech Leads;
— Tasks prioritization;
— Participation in the CI/CD implementation.
