C++ Software Architect/Developer (offline)

Bright Pattern’s cloud contact center software simplifies omnichannel customer service for customers, agents, and contact center managers. Our solutions are used globally in over 26 countries and 12 languages by companies of all sizes.
Contact center agents, supervisors, operators access Bright Pattern via the Agent Desktop application, which is a web application that runs in all popular browsers.

Task:

While most of the Agent Desktop functionality is implemented using thin-client technologies, some of its capabilities require a software component that is installed on users’ computers. This component is called Agent Desktop Extention.
The main functions of it are screen recording, monitoring and sharing and voice quality monitoring.

Now the extantion doesn't fully meet the company's objectives and we want to completely redesign it from the installation process to improving the compression of audio and video streams.
To solve this problem we open the position of a C ++ Architect/Developer who will help to research existing problems, develop his own concept and together with the team will be engaged in implementation.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in developing applications in C ++
- Good knowledge of multimedia technologies (video processing, sound, codecs, audio and video coding standards)
- Experience with processing audio / video over IP, video streaming, real-time streaming protocols
- Experience with MS Windows architecture
- Good math and algorithmic background
