JavaScript Team Leader (offline)

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript development of rich user interfaces;
• 3+ years of experience with leading a team of 3-5 JavaScript Developers;
• High level of interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment;
• Ability to provide the most efficient technical solutions from an architectural point of view;
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript. Ability to write high-performance, reusable code;
• Excellent knowledge of React, Redux, Webpack, Sockets, REST;
• E-Commerce systems development experience;
• Strong knowledge of Async workflows;
• Strong knowledge of the RFC, W3C, ISO standards;
• Excellent knowledge of Git;
• Experience with CI/CD;
• At Least a bachelor degree in Software Engineering;
• Analytical thinking;
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m.

As a Plus:

• A natural ability to problem-solving;
• Understanding of usability and interaction design;
• Experience with SSR;
• Experience with MongoDB;
• Ability to make and deliver on commitments;
• English at least on the intermediate level.

Main Responsibilities:

• Defining and validating workload and resource demands;
• Software Development processes and flows maintaining, their efficiency tracking and improvement;
• Managing your Team’s work at technical design, development, testing, deploying and documenting;
• Handling personal development plans for your subordinates;
• Developing and maintaining a frontend architecture for a complex application;
• Code review;
• Build technical solutions;
• Perform analysis, verification, and debugging of the software code;
• Collaborate with people across several teams facing cutting-edge technologies and development practices;
• Contribute to improving our processes and engineering culture;
• Assist in task management and planning.
