Middle NuxtJS Developer (offline)

The client is located in Japan and develops its own SaaS, including content management system, syntax checker for HTML, databases (MariaDB and MySQL - the second most popular one in the world).

As for now, they're working on the creation of a multifunctional and innovative tool for arranging, holding and scheduling video conferences with all the necessary features for it, like chatting, screen sharing, booking time etc.

In order to move things faster, they need someone of Middle-level experienced in NuxtJS to join their team for 3 months to work on the development of Front-End part of this very product.

The prototype has been completed, but the performance of the Nuxt.JS code is poor. The developer will need to analyze the source code, refactor it, and improve performance.
You'll take part in the unit testing of the repaired part, integrating tests and performing the check-out of the screens that reflect it.

Required skills:
- 1,5-2 years of Nuxt.js experience
- Experience with unit testing
- Understanding of software architecture principles
- Can dig into, identify and resolve problems
- Reading and writing documents in English

Experience in developing a video platform using nuxt.js will be an advantage.

The team is communicating in Slack on a daily basis and having a 1 weekly meeting that will be supported by a Bridge manager from our side as they don't speak English.
