QA Lead (Automation C#/Manual) (offline)

Requirements:

— Experience in writing/maintaining/automating E2E tests from the end-user perspective
— Experience in testing of the microservices based projects
— Proven experience with C# and .Net
— Proven experience with REST API automation testing
— Proven experience with Selenium Web driver
— Proven experience with SQL
— Experience in using test data management strategies
— Strong software testing experience and good awareness of concepts
— Strong leadership skills
— Great attention to detail and result driven approach
— Superior analytical and problem-solving skills

Will be a plus:

— Knowledge of security testing and common security risks
— Knowledge of load and performance testing
— Ability to work in a fast pace environment that requires frequent shift in areas of focus

Responsibilities:

— Lead a QA team of 4-5 QA specialists
— Cover both Automation and Manual QA aspects
— Coordinate with various scrum teams for clarifying real E2E user flows
— Gaining confidence about the level of quality by regularly performing functional and performance testing on the system level, as well as performing E2E testing from the end-user perspective
— Design and code automation frameworks for functional and performance testing on the system level
— Creating accurate and timely QA reports
— Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship, as well as identify and —encourage growth and improvement within the team
— Facilitate knowledge sharing between team members
— Planning and estimating the testing activities
— Tasks prioritization
— Evaluate risks, analyze their impact
— Participation in the CI/CD implementation
