Senior QA Engineer (offline)

It is aimed to create experience of simple and fast digital account opening process for Clients, reducing Bank's response time to 2 business days or less after the submission is completed.
The digitized platform allows Clients to securely receive and send their onboarding information, minimizing the need for paper-based documentation. This includes Know Your Customer (KYC) and account opening requirements. Application is currently rolled out to US, EMEA and ASIA regions. It is planned to expand to CEEMEA and LATAM regions to have global coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare/Optimize/maintain manual end2end regression tests
- Perform Functional / Integration / end2end testing
- Perform acceptance and exploratory tests
- Support UAT testing
- Creating bug reports and validation after fixes
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge of test design
- Ability to prioritize test cases based on risk analysis
- Requirements review, impact analysis/ FRD gap analysis
- Manual testing experience - 4+ years
- Strong analytical skills
- JSON / XML
- Black and grey/ white box testing
- Experience with E2E testing
- Experience with Cross-browser testing
- Excellent skills of reading and analyzing logs to identify root cause of a defect
- Experience in web services testing (SoapUI, Postman etc), API testing - 2+ years
- Accountability and self organization
- Excellent communication skills and upper-intermediate written and spoken English
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Strong ability to solve, manage and prevent problems independently
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MongoDB Compass
- Banking domain
Languages:
English: B2 Upper Intermediate
