Project Manager (offline)

We are looking for a super manager, who is not afraid of documentation, meetings and various development issues.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and coordinate projects teams (UX/UI design, development, QA);
- Working with Trello, Jira, etc.;
- Agile Delivery / Project Management experience and strong commercial understanding, ideally within IT Company;
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, on scope with required quality;
- Create and execute the project plans;
- Manage and assign individual tasks and responsibilities;
- Measure project performance;
- Report project status;
- Direct communication with the client;
- Be ready to work with more than 1 project;
- Manage client`s expectations and stakeholders.

SKILLS:

- Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall);
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment;
- Understanding of software development lifecycle;
- Communication skills;
- Result-oriented mindset;
- Problem-solving skills;
- High English level.
