Project Manager/ Producer Offline

Requirements:

— Intermediate and a higher level of English

— 1+ year of experience in Project Management (Design Studio / Marketing or Creative Agency/ Production Studio or IT)

Responsibilities:

— To work closely with the team and monitor everyone’s progress for the day on each task within the sprint;

— To monitor the timings of dev projects and to communicate with CTO and COO on status updates;

— To do primary QA of dev projects (basic functionality/ correspondence to designs / overall performance);

— To verify that the task is completed according to the ask (prior to the lead designer/ developer’s check and approval);

— To help with finding functional references for products and doing a basic industry/competitors research and feature list;

— Experience of working with project management tools like Asana, Gantt Charts, and Google Workspace. Dev Tools and Browserstack would be a bonus.

— To help designers and developers with the explanation of the task’s requirements as well as to be ready to answer any question.

Your working day starts with knowing all the tasks’ details to be able to help and answer any questions and ends when all the tasks for the day have been completed — so you need to make sure everyone and everything is on time :)
