Lead Business Analyst (offline)

DESCRIPTION
Our client is a multinational mass media and information company with operational headquarters in London, UK. It enables professionals in the financial and risk, legal, tax and accounting, and media markets to make the decisions that matter most, all powered by the world's most trusted news organization.

The project is the infrastructure and software platform running on 2500+ physical servers and providing reliable, cost-effective solution for the collection and distribution of real-time, historical market data, as well as value-add analytics for 200 000+ professional users.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Take full ownership for one of core solution components
Analyze the Day 1 changes and exchange mandated changes
Participate and start driving analysis of software and infrastructure capacity (network bandwidth, CPU & memory capacity, changes in data patterns, application and system level bottlenecks), improvements definition
Work collaboratively providing support and sharing knowledge to other colleagues across all locations
Communicate to client stakeholder on daily basis in order to elaborate on requirements, architecture and technical decisions

REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of experience in Business Analysis
5+ years of industry experience with large distributed environments
Market data knowledge is extremely preferable
Deep knowledge and understanding of international markets and financial domain
In-depth knowledge of non-user interfaces
Profound experience in SQL
Hands-on expertise in Project Management basics: Stakeholders, SLA, SDLC, WBS, QA
Upper-intermediate or higher English level (B2)
