Head of the customization team (offline)

Required skills:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent
5+ years of experience developing and leading engineering teams as PM
2+ years of software development experience(DEV, QA)
Hands-on experience with development of software engineering best practices
Knowledge in Project Budgeting
Fluency in English
Excellent verbal and written communication
Time management, and team collaboration skills
Experience with agile/scrum methodology
Experience using Git and Atlassian suite of products (Jira)


Will be a plus:

ServiceNow experience
Development experience
Experience with JS

Responsibilities:
To lead and manage several Customization teams
Develop and implement the SDLS process for Product Customizations
Resource management
Customization Teams utilization
Processes and standards alignment with the Product team
