Middle Node.js Developer Offline

We are developing from scratch using reliable and cutting-edge technologies. Our programmers take part in the full cycle of development (design and coding) and cloud deployment. We use MS Azure for our cloud storage and we hope that you will use best practices and strive to write high-quality code.

We are developing new features, but from time to time, the project tasks may involve bug fixing as well.

Security vulnerabilities and operational issues will be added to our backlog.

The team is mostly involved in writing code, but for clear communications and good working processes we take part in regular standups, sprint planning, grooming/sizing and retrospective meetings.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in Node.js

Working experience with microservice architecture and knowledge of its main principles

Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB

REST, GraphQL and WebSockets –examples of stack technologies that we use and expect you to know them

Understanding of the TDD principles and experience of writing tests (we have code style and code guide)

Intermediate English, because we have daily communications with the team from the customers side

Will be an advantage

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (technologies that we use)

Front-end development (Sencha.js, React.js), as now we are rewriting an application from Sencha.js on React.js.
