Flutter developer for a digital banking product company (offline)

We are international financial services and payment provider. Our online money transfer platform and mobile remittance app help the global communities to support their loved ones abroad.

We are going to hire for the long term period, this is going to be in-house team, this is not outsourcing, this is going to be our own in-house team, each individual will receive attention and care and long term career roadmap.

As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing cross-platform applications for iOS and Android using Google’s Flutter development framework. You will be working closely with the Product, UX and back-end team to plan new app features. You will handle debugging and troubleshooting to improve mobile app functionality and create advanced applications.
What you’ll do
● Develop iOS and Android mobile applications, writing high-quality code and tests.
● Translate UI/UX designs into code
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse data and decide on the best strategies to improve customers’ interaction with our mobile apps.
● Prioritise information security and process maintenance throughout the mobile app lifecycle.
● Analyse, enhance, and support our existing mobile applications.
● Work closely with QA, Design, and Product Management teams to build the best possible UX for our mobile apps.
● General knowledge of Location Services, Maps and other common Android/iOS libraries

What you have
● 5+ years working as a full-time professional mobile developer in either native Android or iOS
● High proficiency and experience in one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Dart, ES6, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift
● Minimum 1 Year development in Flutter framework
● Experience building complex app architectures built around design systems are a plus
● Willing to work with cross-platform frameworks
● Willing to learn and work on different mobile platforms/frameworks when needed
● Networking and integrating third-party RESTful APIs
● Experience with Continuous Integration systems like Jenkins
● Must be competent with Git and Github (including rebasing, resolving merge conflicts)
● Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
● Desire to work in a Start-up environment, able to self-manage
● Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building

What’s good to have
● Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store and the Android market
● Experience in working with large Finance/Payments systems
● Experience influencing software engineering best practices
● Hands-on experience in multiple disparate technologies, from front-end user interfaces to back-end systems and all points in between is a major plus
● Ability to commit to a timeline, stay on task, and ensure sufficient availability to complete assigned tasks on time
● Passion and understanding for blockchain technology and the exciting possibilities that come along with it
● A positive never say never, can-do attitude
● Familiarity with retail markets, processes, workflows, service designs and terminologies
● Self-motivated with strong team and interpersonal skills to work with and lead a team of developers
