Yes and no. This is semi-small development boutique that offers SMEs development services aimed to automate internal and client-facing core business processes, powered by Google Cloud Platform.

3. How flexible the work hours are? For example, my current working day starts at 8am and ends at 5-6pm, is that okay?

You have to report 40 hours per week. Overtimes (in the event QA or client spotted your bug) are paid extra.

4. What software do you use for time tracking, does it include screenshot-making applications?

The exact software used is not disclosed before we sign NDA, but yes - there are some clients that require screenshots.

5. If there is a time gap between projects, do you have bench?

There are clients with projects waiting, no bench.

6. What is the amount of vacation days/sick leaves your company offers?

With great power comes great responsibility: you can take as much vacation or sick leave as you feel necessary. You paid for what you've done.

7. Do you offer fixed price/month of hourly rate? If we work using hourly rate, what is the amount of hours tracked for vacation days/sick leaves?

We work using hourly rate. Sick leaves are not covered by this type of contracts, you are independent contractor (more freedom like flexible hours), not employee.

8. What is the trial period?

9. Does the company cover taxes? The salary stated in my profile is net.

No, this is illegal to negotiate net salary in market where we operate.

10. What are the steps of interviewing process?

3 steps
1. test assignment (implement single method that validates input of dictionary and returns true/false; exact signature will be provided)
2. the interview: Q&A about company, project and team; assignment outcome discussion, tech talk
3. dialogue with project manager and teammates.

11. How do we arrange our contract? I am an Individual Entrepreneur, is this okay?

We can send money to either sole entrepreneurs and individual contractors. So that is not a problem.
