Сustomer Support Associate for night shifts
Requirements:
— Must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university;
— Excellent verbal and written English skills;
— Excellent interpersonal skills – can converse with irate/upset users or callers;
— Prefer customer service background;
— Be ready to work from 00:00 to 8 am;
— Prefer some healthcare knowledge, but not absolutely required.
Responsibilities:
— Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat;
— Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features;
— Gather customers’ feedback and Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives;
— Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance;
— Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members;
— Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
