QA manual Engineer

We are looking for a bright QA engineer who will join our development team in Kharkiv.

Dish Ukraine is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dish Technologies. Our mission is to develop software for a new generation of video streaming products for use in a wide variety of markets ranging from satellite television to home security systems.

Job Requirements:

2+ years of experience;
Experience with web testing;
Be able to develop and implement test documentation ( test cases, test specifications, check lists etc)
Generate adequate test reports;
Experience in JIRA usage (or other tracking system);
English spoken and written on the intermediate level or higher;
Basic understanding of algorithms theory;
Linux, Mac (basic).


Skill set:

Functional and non-functional testing experience (regression, integration, performance, smoke, crossbroser, crossplatforming);
Usability; Regression; Positive, Negative;
Test development and debugging;
Run manual tests for scenarios that cannot be automated;
A flexible, adaptable approach and strong positive attitude within a global engineering team;
Strong team player with the ability to communicate clearly;
Analytical and accurate;
Demonstrate technical competence and ability to take responsibility for allocated tasks and only require occasional supervision.


Nice to have:

Version Control Systems (Git);
Experience in UEX tasks;
Experience with cloud technologies;
Understanding JSON data formats;
Basic automation testing skills;
Experience with CI\CD.
