Junior Android C++ Engineer (IRC91557) (offline)

We are looking for a Junior Software Developer for an automotive team that develops an Android-based multimedia system. The developer will be participating in the full life cycle development process including requirements analysis, SW design creation, implementation, documentation phases based on A-SPICE processes.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of work experience
- С++11 development
- Understanding of multithreading
- Development in UNIX/POSIX or Android userspace
- Familiar with Git
- English - Intermediate

Would be a plus:
- Android development ( Java, native )
- Unit tests development
- Debugging skills
- Familiar with SW design practices
- Familiar with documentation creation
Job Responsibilities
- Create detailed SW design (class, sequence diagrams) and documentation
- Develop SW modules on C++ (sometimes on Java) for custom Android services
- Create unit tests

Our Client is a top Tier-1 company in the automotive world. Project goals are software implementation for Client infotainment hardware platform intended to be used in a mass-production car/vehicle market.

SW platform: Android 8.1 +
HW platform: Snapdragon 820a +

The scope of the project includes SW design preparation, implementation, integration, and maintenance phases while following modern industry standards for development processes in the automotive segment (Automotive SPICE).
