Remote React / React Native developer (Strong mid) (offline)

Product
New-build on-demand staffing platform for temporary workers at events / conferences / exhibitions etc. Helps coordinate with clients and employees: self-onboarding, job search / staff bookings, project management, auto billing and payments, integrations with 3rd party systems etc. Domain Driven Design (DDD) is applied for extracting business processes from domain experts.

- Web app (for company + clients), mobile app (for employees)
- Develop new features as the product evolves
- Sometimes - support what's already there
- Write unit and integration tests
- Help the team apply best development practices

You
- Have at least 3 years of experience developing with React / React Native
- Can work remotely, have necessary self discipline and self organization
- Have good English to communicate with Berlin-based colleagues
- Can sometimes travel to Berlin to work and have beers with team
(of course travel, accomodation and daily expenses are covered)

Offer
- Salary $2,700-3,300 (can be paid to Payoneer if you want)
- Dedicated product team (aka outstaffing) - work like one team with client
- Travel to Berlin from time to time (perhaps more at the beginning)
- Remote OK! But if you're in Lviv or want to move - we have modern office in city center
- 20 days per year paid vacation, paid sick leaves
