Junior Analyst / Technical Writer (offline)

Internal Automation Department is responsible for development, integration and support of corporate information systems aimed to help internal business processes run with maximum efficiency.
We automate the following business processes: client relationships, contracts workflow, purchasing, business travel, budget planning, invoicing, recruitment, personnel administration, time and resource management, etc.
Responsibilities:
— Create User manuals and training materials in English and in Russian;
— Create release notes with description of new features;
— Create system documentation (specifications, schemas);
— Participate in system analysis tasks (with supervision of the senior team members);
— Participate in system trainings and webinars;
— Communicate with analysts, support and developers;
— Provide estimations of effort required for his/her tasks;
Mandatory Skills:
— Bachelor's degree or higher;
— Level of mastering English language: advanced or fluent (both spoken and written);
— MS Office (good knowledge of MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Visio)
— Knowledge of business / system analysis practices;
— Technical background;
— Analytical thinking, problem solving skills;
— Communication skills;

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Will be a plus:
— JIRA knowledge;
— Experience of team work;
— Experience in software implementation projects;
Languages:
English: Advanced/Fluent
