What will you be working on?

- Contributing to the planning, estimation, design, development, and implementation of initiatives of any size and any level of complexity to meet the functional and non-functional requirements of the product

- Designing solutions, writing code, performing unit testing, developing appropriate artifacts / documentation, and facilitating final delivery

- Displaying initiative in research, proposal and development of tools, technologies, and techniques

- Supporting the resolution of production issues, including independently completing root-cause analysis and diagnosis

- Contributing to development and documentation of standards, guidelines, and methodologies for product design & development

- Potentially helping in conducting detailed code-reviews and providing feedback in a constructive manner

- Collaborating and communicating effectively within a multi-disciplinary team

 

You will be successful here if you have:

- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent degree

- 2+ years of experience;

- Strong experience in developing web applications and in writing clean, well structured, commented, and maintainable code (.NET 4.5 and up, ASP.NET 4.5 and up)

- Excellence in a self-directed dynamic environment and ability to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. The ability to isolate issues with strong debugging skills is highly valued

- Understanding of enterprise project issues, knowledge of multi-tier architecture and ability to communicate principles of sound architecture and design

- Good SQL development skills (MS SQL server 2012 and up)

- Solid experience developing Web APIs (REST/SOAP) and Windows Services (.NET 4.5 and up)

- Proficiency with Java Script, JQuery, XHTML, CSS

- Experience with TFS, GIT and unit testing

- Mobile development knowledge (iOS/Android) is an asset
